Myntra - Product not received

I ordered * products from myntra on **th may, of which * products were delivered to me on ** may. Two of the products showed shipped and the delivery date was shown as ** may. The products were not delivered even after **th may so I reached customer care to know where my products were. To my shock the customer care executive said that my products were delivered to me, even though I did not receive my products neither was my application showing it as delivered. When I tried explaining this to the customer care executive, she dismissed me just telling that their system shows that the product were delivered. I asked her to at least look into it, or investigate on this. She totally dismissed me saying that in their system it said delivered on ** may and after * days of supposed delivered she cannot do anything about it. Neither did she help me in any way to check on this issue.
