Vidit Gupta filed complaint against mivi duo pods on Oct 4, 2021
I wanted to use my warranty on my product because when I brought the product it was given that * year warranty was free with the product.
Soo, I returned my product on ** or ** sep and it's been more then ** days and I have not yet received my product or any refund from mivi.
I even e-mailed them but they have stopped responding to the e-mails.
I tried contacting them from different social media platforms but they are not replying to my comments.
I want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
