Ordered * Qty. for Pulse Oximeter With Free Facial Steamer And ** Masks. But received only Mask, Main product Missing. After * days i opened the package as im in hospital. when i saw the package i just shocked there is only mask and missing * No's Pulse Oximeter & * No's Facial Steamer. I sent mail to shopclues regarding this they said give **-** hrs time. after * day i received mail to send pictures of the package label, i sent the same. again i got mail that the return policy only for * days, this means they dont want to claim that they have made mistake and avoiding to refund the amount.
multiple mails i sent them but there is no use.
