I order curtains worth rupees **** plus delivery charge of Rs**, i paid thorugh debit card online, they mentioned it would take around some ** to ** days for order to be delivered due to the pandemic situation, its been ** days since order has been placed but they did not deliver the order, nor update about my order, i tried to contact them using mail, instagram, whatsapp but there is no reply or answer. I want to cancel the order and want my money back asap or atleast want to get my order delivered asap.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
