The Hippiesaaz - Delay and poor quality

I have ordered one full ruffle cotton curtain from the Hippiesaaz on ** Aug ****. I received my order on * October, ****. All these days I had to follow up so many times and they responded only twice. They have provided wrong information the first time. After receiving the order I can see that it is of very inferior quality, not at all worth **** and not as shown in the image in their site. They have shown three shades in the curtain whereas what I've received has only one shade. The ruffles are very small in the picture whereas what I've received has big and irregular ruffles. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase. I had to go through a lot of anxiety because if them . I wish to return Thier product and want a refund from them.
