I have ordered two shirts one green color and one black color ( order no #*****************) for both products I have paid amount Rs ***/- through internet banking.
At delivery time , one packet has been delivered with product details on the packet was showing for both the shirts but in packet only one shirt was there black color shirt was missing.
So I contacted delivery person first regarding the issue he informed me that this type of product they have received from company.
Then I contacted to meesho customer care they suggested me to return whole packet mentioning the reason as incomplete product received I returned the product accordingly but they are canceling the return request .
This is a genuine problem faced by customer please resolve the issue as I have paid for two shirts where as I received only one this is breach of trust of customer .
Please resolve the issue.I have kept whole packet unpacked .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
