Hello, My complaint is against Saraf Furniture based in Rajasthan.

My order number is INSF*********
I placed my order on January ** worth Rs **,*** and they mentioned that the product will be delivered in a month..that is **-** feb.
However, they keep on delaying the order by giving vague reasons.. it's been almost two months and I have no update on on order..they are also not cancelling the order.
I am facing a lot of problem due to this.
I am reading reviews on Google and they do it with all their customers..they are running a fraud...
Please help me with this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
