Saraf Furniture sardarsahar Rajasthan - Furniture company not delivering the TV unit its been more than 3 months

I had purchased TV unit online through Saraf furniture on **nd June and its been more than * months now and I have not received it.
And everytime when i ask for udpates I get new date of dispatch and this is happening since August.
Now i know they will not be delivering my order.
So i want to raise a complaint against this company.
