I am writing to express my frustration regarding the return pickup of my Urban Terrain cycle. Despite multiple follow-ups, the pickup has not been completed for a long time, and I have not received any proper response or resolution from your end.
This repeated delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I kindly request you to provide me with a clear reason for the delay and confirm the exact timeline by when the cycle will be picked up.
Please treat this as urgent and resolve the matter at the earliest. I expect a proper update and swift action without any further delay.
