Tata Cliq delivered a Corona disinfection box which does not match the description on the website. We tried to reach out the customer care, the call never gets through and even if it does, we don't get a call back.
We wrote them on support portal as well. However, they have refused a refund and asked to reach out the brand directly. There is no contact details of the brand in the invoice and invoice also mentions to contact Tata Cliq for any issue.
Now we have a corona disinfection box which does not match the website description and also does not work (not even switches ON). It appears to be a fake one. The values is INR **.*k
Tata Cliq does not take any responsibility not does provide any after sales support.
Please help in getting the money back from Tata Cliq.
