Adil Khan filed complaint against PUMA on May 12, 2023
I took a foam sleeper from Puma store in camp on *th Aug ****. It was promised that the foam of the sleeper will not tear & within a year time it tore. when i visited the showroom, it was told to bring back the product, we will return it. I returned it on **th April & requested for early exchange, but they said it will take *-* days to resolve & give a new sleeper. Post that day i have not received any call from them. I have given my product to them same day but still no response. when i contact them the store manager Sailee is not answering my call & when i contacted their CC, they have taken the complaint ****** but have not received any repones yet. Today i got a call from CC dept & they said we are not getting any response from store please wait for some time. One of the worst experiences from such a big brand. I have escalated the issue to their MD mr Abhishek Ganguly but unfortunately no response.
