Electronics Bazaar - Product not dispatched and amount not refunded

I purchased three nos of CPU Desktop and it does not have COD. I pay it from my debit card and order successfully. After a few days (Month) they did not dispatch and deliver my products. After that, I cancelled the order. It has been a long day they did not refund my amount yet. Their customer care number is switch off and does not respond to any emails also. They are fraud shopping website and app.
