Electronics Bazaar - Not giving laptop replacement

**rd April **: Laptop purchased from ElectronicBazaar (EB) *th July Raised the complaint EB********_**** as laptop is not working properly **th July Technical person visited to check. He opened complete laptop checked but he was not able to solve the issue and laptop becomes dead. **th July Laptop picked up by Delivery courier which is destined for Nerul Mumbai office. **th July Abdul from EB confirmed about laptop received. **th July Abdul updated that laptop repaired and will share courier details. till **th End of day no update from Abdul **th July Rohit from EB updated shocking info that Laptop is not repairable and offer me other model all were has less configuration. So I asked him to take * more days and see if it can be repairable. Side by side finalized other laptop with same configuration. **th July On same day I sent whatsup Shrikant (Head for Rohit and Abdul) and shared the details about all things till date and he assured that he will give me replacement **st July Rohit updated that he is not able to find model The Laptop is under replacement warranty as EB say on their website (https://www.electronicsbazaar.com/refurbished-desktop-computers-laptop-warranty). If there is replacement warranty they must have same model. But it seems they don't have. My all work is stopped since almost * month and I am paying EMI too. Please look into this.
