MY ORDER NO IS- *********. I order a product but the contact NO I mentioned is missing with last digit and I didn’t receive otp in my mobile phone I requested them to send otp to my registered mail I’d so that I can receive the product from courior boy and also I requested to correct my mobile no. But from last ten days issue didn’t resolve by TataCLiQ customer care and every time close my complaint without resolving. Such a careless online shopping website. I called them many times , raised complaint many times but still the issue is same.
Now they automatically cancel my order and give the reason that DILEVERY not successful and the amount paid will be automatically refunded within * days. This is not the solution of my complaint I am waiting for the product from ** days and now they carelessly cancel the item. Please DILEVER the product or provide DOUBLE REFUND If you are not able to dilever.
