I ordered a lehenga from swisholic on **/**/** by pre-paid method and paid rs. **** online. The product was supposed to be delivered on **/**/** but it is not delivered at time.
I am trying to contact the swisholic's customer care service but not getting any response nor anybody is picking up the call. Only once they responded that they will share tracking id of the order but nothing happend , neither they shared tracking id nor any information about the product. Now, I am not getting any response and I have no idea of my product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
