I have odered a dress from swisholic on ** th december which i had gone through my Instagram account and paid amount of **** rupees for that.They told me that the estimated delivery was *-* days.Now it has been ** days and when i asked them for the delay or refund they said no refund policy but not sending my dress. No response from them..Could you please resolve my issue.
