i initially purchased a product from flipkart on *th augest but, it's cancelled on *nd sept,****. ecom express at munugodu is not working properly. they are very irresponsible to deliver product.they kept it in their office and after some days they did return it to the seller.and again i ordered on **th sept **** ,expected delivery date is **nd sept .they didn't make any attempt to deliver my product. at some point of time(on **th sept) i visited ecom express office. office is closed even it's working day, when i make a call to one of the staff , he replied that now he is another town thereby today office cannot open.then i did make a call to another staff member(madam). she replied that definitely we can deliver your product till tomorrow afternoon (thereupon i shared my product details to her by her request) . but, abruptly i got a message that "your order is cancelled". thereupon, i make call to both. but, none of them didn't lift my call . i did wait for one month but finally i didn't got product. it's a very bad experience from ecom express. nearby office is not working properly. office is closed even in it's working day. they are very negligence to deliver. ecom express working efficiency deteriorating.please solve my problem as soon as possible.
