Vle Bazaar - Product not delivered

I have ordered for a cell phone on *rd of aug,**** on this site but didn't get the product yet. And their customers care no is not responding I have talked to them on **th and **th of this aug **** they told me to ship their products within * to * working days however neither the product is dispatched to me nor delivered to me. There call is not getting connected but there customers service no giving information that they will contact me soon on IBR since **th of aug but they didn't make a contact with me till now and I am not able to cancel the request in the site because cancel request is not avail there in the site
