Vle Bazaar - Money taken by company now neither delivering the product nor refunding

I had placed an order for an ink tank printer worth **** on **-**-** from VLE BAZAAR.in

They took my money, took a long time already and now they are neither refunding the amount, nor delivering the product. Their customer service initially responded once or twice but now doesn't respond at all. No calls, no messages, no mails are being responded to.

I paid via UPI, the amount got deducted from my bank account, but did not reflect on my UPI app screen while payment was being made. The screen crashed. (Something suspicious here itself)
(They can use this to their advantage in later paying the compensation, saying we will only give VLE Bazaar website wallet credit, because "our payment is not getting through", but in reality, they have found some loophole in UPI payments screen.

I hadn't done a background check on the website before purchasing, now today I see, they have looted several customers and are fraudsters.
They are openly looting people and doing a shady business in the light of the day.
Somehow, it was on one of the first pages on google search when I was researching and I did not cross check it back then.

They are already doing this and will continue to do this until forcefully shut down and punished.
