I have recently bought a product (INVICTUS Men Khaki & Blue Slim Fit Checked Casual Shirt, Order No. – *******-*******-*******) which was delivered on **th July****. The product which I have received that is a used one and tags were teared. Then immediately, I have requested for an exchange on the date **th July. From **th July it’s showing on packed state. Expected delivery date was on *st Aug. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem after several follow-ups. Not sure who can help me to get my product.
