I ordered Boat Bass Heads *** in-Ear Bass Headphones with One Button Mic (Red) on dec * **** through Amazon.The one side of the earphone stopped working by june ****,As they had promised * Year warranty I requested for return through their official site.I registered my product and raised a ticket(*****) and requested for replacement on **nd june **** .The product was collected and status of the ticket got updated but after * july status is showing as the replacement product has been dispatched but it is already ** july and I have not got my product.Even their customer care number is not working.Attached it the invoice of the product purchased.
