Sir i have ordered boat basshead*** headphones from amazon.in
After few days it is not working properly so i called them.... they assure me replacement of the same and picked up my headphone with original invoice which i got from amazon... they even gave me receipt of the pick up... but after near about * month they couldn't deliver it back to me... in mean time their team emailed me that due to gst their consignments were on hold and assured me that they will get their consignments on **th july... from that time onwords they never ever rply to my complaint...
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
