Sir/Madam, i have ordered 'Microsoft Office ***' from Snapdeal on **th of June ****. My order id is *********** but unfortunately i did not get my product and in the status of Snapdeal it is showing that they have delivered my product on **th of June ****. I have complained many of times regarding this concern. They do not even contacted me after my n number of complaints. I have suffered alot with this issue. I want my product or refund as soon as possible. I urge you to please intervene in this issue and please sort it out. Being a proud citizen of India i am thankful for your attention on my concern.
