I have palced an order of Redmi * phone through flipkart on December *, promised date of delivery was * th December i haven't received the product till dec **. I was told to cancel the order and place and other order. On the same day December ** i have cancelled the order and placed a new order which was promised to be delivered on dec **, till today i,e dec ** i haven't received the product amd the executive are telling me cancel the order and place a new order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
