I made an order on **th Oct **** and the Promised delivery date by the Ekart Logistics is **th Oct ****. But the product was not delivered . After that i raised a complaint to the Flipkart customer service and they said will deliver today..today..today...each time i called to the customer support they were saying will deliver today. But exact delivery date was not giving and i asked the hub contact details where my product was located, which is showing in Ekartlogistics tracking. But they were not saying where is my product and said we dont have the details of logistics hub.
Almost ** days completed. And after calling the ekart logistics support number(****=***-****) saying your compaint was forwarded to the logistics hub and you have to wait for another four days to process your complaint.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
