Flipkart - Product not delivered

Flipkart is extending their timeline by raising complain request. I have purchased a Realme * Pro mobile and a case and a tampared glass from Flipkart on **th Oct and it was promised to deliver on or before **th Oct. Both the case and glass delivered however the phone not received yet. They not even packed the product. On **th I have called customer support, and they have raised a complaint against it and promised that the issue will be resolved by **nd Oct. Today on **st Oct night, till now the product is still in same state (not even packed). When I have asked customer support to return the case and tampared glass, they told that it is not possible. There is no return option, only replacement option is available. Now I don't know when I will get the phone, not even able to cancel the phone as the case and tampared glass is not returnable.
