Amazon .in - Product not delivered

I ordered a Product Apple I phone XR on Sept **, ****. The product was out for delivery on Sept **th, but as I was not available on same day I asked them to reschedule the same on October *nd. Then on *nd october I had a call and chat with Amazon Customer executive and they told me that product will ne delivered by * PM same day. At * pm I called them again they told me it will not be delivered today and will be delivered next day. So I rescheduled it on Saturday Oct *th. On *th at *.**PM product status was updated as out for delivery and at *.**PM it was updated as delivered, without actually delivering product. On contacting immediately they told me to wait till end of the day which I did.
Still product was not deliverd so I contacted them again this time they told me to wait till End of day October *th ****. On *th Oct they are now saying they can not take further action and I have to wait till end of day Oct *th.
