*. I ordered a TV from Flipkart during a sale on ** July ****. I got a discount of Rs ***** and i paid the remaining amount Rs ***** to flipkart.
*. On ** July a broken TV was brought for delivery. The delivery guy told that since the TV is broken he is going to take it back and new TV will be delivered in its place.
*. But now the Flipkart guys tell me to cancel the order pay extra money according to the current price and order a new TV.
*. They are not honouring the order I placed on ** July and they force me to cancel the order and place a new order. The discount which I got will not be given to me. It has been more than ** days since I spoke to the customer care team of Flipkart, but they are not ready to resolve this issue.
