Mi Mobile - Product not delivered

I have ordered Redmi Y* mobile from mobile walenet. Mr. Lalit, one of their employee called me for this and I accepted their terms & conditions. I have submitted **** rupees in there account by online banking in **.**.** & rest of the amount for the product I will pay on monthly EMI basis. After got money Mr. Lalit told me that I will get my product in between ** hrs. My complain is that after ** hrs I called him & he take my call & told me it will deliver by * p.m. on **.**.**. But till today ( I.e. **.**.**) I did not get the products. He can not receive my phone calls & now his phone is switched off. So request you to check my complain & give me a suitable solution for this. Thanking you,
