House of lehengas - Product not delivered

I have ordered one item on *th June Order No: HL************. But i didn't receive any mail or message related to delivery date. So i send multiple emails to customer care but no response. I called to customer care number and they were not telling when i will get the product. They are saying they will refund the amount but i need to provide my account balance and CVV details. But i was not ready. i said i don't need refund just deliver the product. After that they were very rude and i said i will post a complaint. they said go and complaint to Police they don't have any issue i will not receive the refund or product, you can do any thing you want like they said. Clear cheating they have done. Now i need the money back or need the ordered item.
