I placed order on sanfe website for the fewproduct sanfe for Rs. ***.** via online payment on March **th ****. My order id: *******. Customer Care number is not in use. After so many emails also they are not refunding my payment. They are not delivering the product after * days also. If the product is out of stock or unavailable they can refund the money for prepaid orders. Their watsapp is not in use. Very bad customer support from sanfe. Can I get my refund amout from this company?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
