I was looking for a portable dining table and that lead me to this website. Upon contacting the number through WhatsApp, the owner, Vikram Saini, sent me photos of the different models and finished products which looked really genuine. I placed the order and the money was processed through ICICI payment collection (I have a screenshot). For some reason the payment didn't go through and he shared the bank details / UPI which I did the payment to. The order was placed on ** July for a * seater portable dining table costing ***** after which I was promised an invoice which I didn't get yet. The date of shipment was informed as **st July. Post that even with regular follow ups, the product is not yet dispatched and then after checking online reviews I saw some fraudulent comments mentioned. This was recent and not present when I placed the order. I think then owner keeps flagging the comments and they get taken down for review. The evidence I have is the whatsapp conversation which I have exported into a zip file.

Ordered furniture from Vikinterio (Rakhi Enterprises) in March ****. Yet to be delivered, and I keep getting excuses. I paid **% advance.
I have done the order in June for the dining table and pay the amount mentioned. After that doing couple of follow up they told me I will get it in July. But neither I received the product not the money. Till today ...
