BUYER BEWARE: My Terrible Experience with Vikinterio Furniture & Mr. Vikram Saini
I am writing this to warn potential customers about Vikinterio Furniture and its owner, Mr. Vikram Saini. My experience has been deeply disappointing and, frankly, deceitful.
My Order Details:
- Product: *-seater dining set
- Order Date: April **st, ****
- Order ID: VSO-****
Timeline of Deception:
False Promise *: Initially, I was promised delivery by April **th, ****.
Delay & Excuses: When the date passed, Mr. Saini claimed chairs were ready but the table needed more time.
Disappearing Act & Poor Communication: He then stopped picking up calls, responding only via WhatsApp, and that too after multiple attempts on my part.
Fake Dispatch e: After weeks of vague promises, on May **th, ****, he sent a WhatsApp claiming the item was "ready and packed" and provided a Delhivery tracking number. For SEVEN DAYS, he blamed the logistics partner for not picking up the parcel.
Shipment Cancellation by Owner: After a week of this, he himself cancelled the shipment, revealing the entire "dispatch" was a lie.
Realization: After holding onto hope for over two months, it became clear that everything was faked, including the photo of the "packed item" he sent. My order was never genuinely dispatched.
This entire process has been a shocking display of unprofessionalism, constant delays, and outright fabrication. I waited patiently for over two months for an order that never truly existed.
Do your research and be extremely cautious before ordering from Vikinterio Furniture.
