I have made the online purchase under Order # **** on **th Mar ** and today is **th Mar '**. It's been ** days since the order is placed online. I have been calling daily from past ** days to know when this shipment will be delivered. To all my pain and poor customer service provided by the company, I get commitments which are unfulfilled and fake promises. I am unsure if I will get the shipment ordered as well. I have lost my patience and want a refund of Rs. ****/- . I have had an extremely poor experience with the company and want my money back today itself. I have asked for the owner's no and neither on the website nor any employee has given me the number to complain so that my order can be expedited.
