I ordered the product worth **** on **th April, **** and I was told that it has not been shipped due to lockdown. Now, the customer care number has stopped receiving calls or replying to msgs despite of multiple follow ups from my side. This is a fraud. Request for a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
