I ordered a phone on flipkart on **th sept. The reached the nearest hub to me on *th oct. But no contacted me for the delivery. On *th oct they cancel my order without my consent and notified me that my order is cancelled due to delivery agent is not reachable on your address. But I received a product from flipkart on same address by same delivery agent on *nd oct. The order was prepaid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
