I purchased a mobile phone for ****,** INR. The status of my order was "Processing" but it was not delivered. After * days I sent a email to the customer care to enquire about my order. I didn't get any reply. I tried to reach them by phone but I was always on wait for a long time, I was at least **th in queue, and finally the call always got disconnected. I searched online and found on Quora that many people reported having similar problems with this website and that they were a fraud. So after ** days I sent another email requesting them to cancel my order and proceed with the refund. They didn't reply. I then sent a registered letter asking for the same (cancel my order and refund the money) one month after the purchase. I soon got a reply by email: "Refund under process, scheduled at ****-**-**". This was on November **, ****. I don't trust them to refund my money ever, I think they only try to delay the matter so I don't want to wait longer, I am seeking help from Voxya to resolve this issue quickly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
