Karan Gupta filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 22, 2021
Hi I have purchased a Samsung frame Television nearly one and half months ago. There was a offer to get frame bezel free post return period. I have mentioned the snapshot of the offer below.
I have raised complaint so many times, after that each time one of the executive called me asked me same things that what is issue and all and says the same thing that we will get back to you within **hrs with resolution. I have done a tweet also regarding this but same things happened again.
It was okay until today, one of shopsy executive called me and said I am sorry that this offer is finished on ** Oct so for compensation we can give you *** rs gift card, like seriously. Do you guys think that you can cover up all your mistakes by this compensation.
Also the bezel was worth *k not *** so I don't seem a fair trade here because that is what you are trying to do.
Also their is no email support for flipkart, this a move that I liked the most about flipkart because here customer has no written prove that he have raised a complaint or something like that, I have never thought about this earlier.
Now if you guys can provide me a proper solution then only call me else you need not to that also because the trust over you is ended from my side, so I don't expect anything that you are able or you will be doing anything regarding this.
