I purchased a product from market place. the product was shipped through express bee logistics and AWB ***************. I didn't receive the product but they say it is delivered. I contacted the delivery guy mobile as I couldn't reach customer care number which is not my problem. the delivery guy said he will come and deliver the product in two days so I waited for two days later he never picked my call and when I contacted the seller I got all the details that we need to file a complaint with in two days. I didn't understand the policy. Indeed I don't stop until I get the refund.
I am adding the sellers contact number ********** for verification.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
