I have recharged my Country delight wallet on **th April and placed order for *ltr milk delivery from **tth to **th April. But no milk delivered during this duration. I reported the same multiple times to customer care but no action has been taken. They have deducted amount of *** from my account for **th april delivery. but no product deliver to me and i received the amount deduction message on *th May. so i raised complaint to them again that un necessary amount deducted from my account for **th april delivery which was never made. Till date thete is no solution provided so far any my *** amount is blocked in the wallet. Because they are not delivering the mil after placing the order .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
