Xiaomi India - product not delivered

i ordered poco f*(cost **,***) on October * estimated date of delivery was * October but after waiting for so many days i filled a complaint in xiaomi and i got a call from back end team to wait for ** hours until they provide me any solution ,the next call was made on ** October again asking to wait for ** hours then i received the call on ** October ,this time company again asked me to wait for * days until they provide me any solution but it has been more than ** days i do not get any call from xiaomi.It has been a very long time since i ordered my phone and it is not delivered yet.I have been fooled by the company.I made the payment but do not get the service.order id ****************
