Pragati Nikam filed complaint against Flipkart on Jan 2, 2021
I had ordered * seater dinning table on **st Oct. **** from flipkart on EMI . The delivery date I got was **th Nov. ****. Till today i.e. *nd Jan **** I have not received the product but the EMI has already been started. Between **th Nov. to *nd Jan **** they had given me * delivery date & everytime on that particular date they cancel the delivery & gave me another date.
I tried to cancel the product but they are not cancelling it. I had raised the issue in Flipkart & discussed the matter with their CCE. But they are also not helping me at all.
Kindly help me in cancelling this product so that I can avoid paying next EMI.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
