I booked an item on udaan app and it was scheduled to be delivered on **th March so I called delivery boy and I assured me that he will deliver your product within few hours but after some time when I called him he did not pick up my call so, I made complaint against him on udaan support not only once but more than * or * times but when I made last call on udaan suport and told about their service they started giving me lecture and when I said i won't use udaan in future they said they don't care and it will be your loss not our company'.i am attaching my order screen shot which is showing ur item is delivered but it is not actualy delivered to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
