Udaan - Money not refunded

I had placed an order in which some product turned out to be less but when I return to enter return, it is not getting return and then when I call Udaan it says that your money will not be returned while in it There is an option of return that if you take any product and if any product comes out in it and you have paid the full amount, then you get the option for return but I am not getting the option of return, I am not even paying my money. Huh
