Hi.. Team,
Please help from my issue.. This is to much cheating from Myntra. Product not Delivered to me but as per Myntra Delivery Boy its delivered and status updated like its Delivered.
My Myntra Order ID: *******-*******-******* & Delivery Boy Name: Ravi Teja & Mobile.No: +**-**********.
As per delivery boy my product he was delivered and handovered to security guard. But as per my building security guard and we have searched in his room there is no product handovered to him.Please find the attached image file which is sent by Myntra helpdesk. But thst signature is not belongs to my security guard and that signature is belongs to Delivery Boy only this is confirmed by him. When i am calling to him he is covering and talking something something.. As my confidence my product with him only and he is playing the games he was not handovered to my building security guard. I am asking help to Myntra HelpDesk they are also palying the games not checking background what happened. Requesting you to please help from this team.
