I placed an order in Quikr Bazaar on July **st (the date when I made the payment for the product). The product was picked up from the seller on Aug *st. Post pick up, I was give the delivery date as *th Aug. I waited with patience till today (*th Aug), but, neither have I received any updates regarding the product from Quikr nor has the seller received the amount that I've paid. There is no means to track shipment and there is no customer care number that I can get in touch with. There was one support ID on the Quikr bazaar website that I have mailed several times, but have not received any response till date. I have put up a tweet on their wall, received nothing but an automated message. I am given no assurance or guarantee of delivery and the seller is also distressed as he has given out the product but haven't received the payment. I feel cheated by Quikr Bazaar. I don't understand how long it would take to deliver a product within the city (Both my address and the seller's address is well within Bangalore). Ideally the travel time from the vendor location to my address is * Hr or less (considering Bangalore Traffic). The only reason I chose Quikr was for the door step delivery, for which they have charged Rs. **** extra (In addition to the product cost). But there is no status update or reverts from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
