I sold an item (Ad id# *********) on Quikr platform on **.**.**. which was picked up by buyer physically and as per Quikr rules they were supposed to transfer my money ₹**** immediately (transaction ID: ************) but till today they have not transferred my money to my bank account, details of which is already there with Quikr as detail, still it is showing pending in their app, from **.**.** onwards same status no further development happened. I am clueless where to seek for support since they don't have a capable customer service support. Only one contact number which no nobody will ever respond. I have mailed them for help several times but every time they will generate a new ticket number, the recent being ********** with the same tag line that the concerned person will get in touch. Absolutely no support or communication from their side which clearly indicates that I have been cheated with a high amount through this renowned platform.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
