Woodenstreet.com - Product not delivered on time and refund not processed

I have placed an order for bed from wooden Street.com on **th June ****. The product name is morse bed with storage( queen size) order ***** and the price with Emily is close to *****. The estimated delivery was maximum * weeks, but that was not delivered. I asked for refund . After some extension they initially agreed to refund, but later on they denied any refund. After * months they wanted me to take the product which I no longer wanted as I have purchased another one. I placed a complaint in consumer forum(******), still they didn't respond. As a last option I agreed to take something else from them with the same value. Initially they agreed but now they are avaoding. It's being ** months and my money is stuck. I don't have any other options other than filing a consumer case. I have the full email conversation as a proof which I can make public if required. At the end I would like to put an end to this by solving the case amicably. Please help me here.
