I have ordered product on *st April, ****, since then I am following up with Smytten team for my product but I have never received my product. They replied that will get my order, then after some time in app it shows that product delivered but it's not and after that they mailed me that refund initiated for *** but still waiting for it. Almost since one month I am just following up with them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
