OLX - Product not delivered money has been transferred

I saw an advertise of a used Swift VXi car on olx of year **** make and red color. I contacted the person for deal, the person gave me a phone number to share details of the car and trapped me to transfer deposit amount of **** which he told will be refundable. He stated the car will be couriered by army courier service and in wake of gst and insurance he trapped me to transfer the amount of ****** rs. He did not deliver the car and is also not refunding back the amount, the amount is transferred on **/**/**** to the person identified as janak kumar gautam and army delivery boy sanjay singh.
